Congrats on being ready to up level your skills + step into your next great chapter as a professional yoga teacher.

To receive your 300 hour designation, you will need to complete the following within a 2 year span:

All three 75-hr intensives (The Body of Yoga, Breath of PRactice and Sacred Leadership).
20 hours of additional certification or training. We offer several options throughout the year—Yin Training, Chair Yoga Certification, Chakra Immersion, Reiki Training etc.
50 practice hours. Each intensive includes an unlimited membership to OSY. Practice hours can either be taken during each module at no additional cost, or spaced on your own time (either by purchasing class packs or joining our membership).

50 practice hours must be done at Om Shanti Yoga (either in studio or virtual).

We are incredibly intentional in the offerings we have at the space, including any trainings who are facilitated by teachers outside of our regular team.

Our preference is for you to attend your additional 20 training hours here at the studio, however, an exception may be made for programming held by a Senior Teachers. Prior approval must be made with Jen + Lisa.

We have created an intentionally flexible schedule so that working teachers have the capacity to attend each program. Our intensives are held only one weekend a month and all hours must be attended in person. Wednesday night sessions are held via Zoom and can be joined from home or any location. Please be sure to check the schedule prior to registration, as makeup hours are not offered.
