every class at om shanti yoga is available to students of all levels. our seasoned team of teachers guide you by using intentional sequencing + alignment cues to support you staying safe in your body.

  • Sunday Service is an invitation to be in community as we experience a deeper level of our yoga practice, adding in the elements of body prayer + connection to Spirit.

    This class includes a combination of vinyasa flow, kriyas, chanting mantra, breath practices, meditation and a blissfully long savasana. Using our breath + movement as a means of body prayer, we lift up ourselves, each other, and our community. Open to all people, with all spiritual beliefs.

  • This class is moderately paced + sequenced in a challenging, yet intentional, way.

    You can anticipate warming up with sun salutations to mentally + physically prep you for the creative body of the class. No two practices are alike. Finish off with a soothing savasana that will leave you walking out of the studio feeling grounded + ready to take on the rest of your day. *

  • This class invites you to move in a way that is more mindful. Instead of powering through a flow, you’ll be guided to slow things down + feel how each pose feels. Paying attention to what you’re doing + how you’re doing it is definitely a practice.

    Don’t let that trick you into thinking this class will be easy! With society encouraging us to go, go, go, sometimes slowing down is harder than we think.

  • Strength meets soul in this dynamic practice. This isn’t your average yoga sculpt or gym-style workout—this is mindful movement and intentional breath, woven together with kriya-inspired sequences.

    In the yoga tradition, kriyas are repetitive movements paired with breath (and often rhythm) that help clear energy, build heat, and strengthen body and mind. In this class, you’ll move through powerful, rhythmic patterns—sometimes familiar vinyasa postures, sometimes unique kriya-based movements—all designed to build strength, stability, and endurance while awakening a deeper connection within.

    For those looking to turn up the fire, light 2–3 lb weights are available to incorporate throughout the practice.

    Expect to feel strong yet centered, energized yet grounded. Whether you’re exploring kriysa for the first time or looking to diversify up your practice in a unique way, this class will leave you feeling empowered in both spirit and strength. All levels welcome.

  • The perfect balance to cool the fire from our flow based offerings. a majority of this class includes asanas that are held for 3-5 minutes while reclined or seated on your mat. Though only a handful of poses are used, the time you spend in each one along with the breath you invite into the practice will support you to release tension in the fascia surrounding your muscles.

    You’ll leave this class feeling relaxed + rejuvenated.

  • A beautiful combination of restorative style poses and breath work, this class aims to create an overall sense of ease and relaxation. Unlike more active forms of yoga that involve flowing sequences and dynamic poses, restorative yoga involves holding passive poses for an extended period of time, typically between 5 to 10 minutes with the support of blocks, bolsters, straps and blankets.

    Weaving breath work throughout class can amplify the overall benefits, creating a deeply nourishing and rejuvenating experience. Suitable for all levels and students are encouraged to bring their own blanket or large towel for added support during class.

  • Yoga Nidra is a profoundly healing guided meditation experience that takes you through the 5 koshas (layers of being). It is relaxing + accessible to all as it is done lying down in supported savasana. Studies have shown yoga nidra to reduce stress, anxiety, chronic pain, and insomnia.

    In this special class, you will be guided into the deepest levels of relaxation through yoga nidra and then into even more bliss as the angelic tones of crystal singing bowls "wash" over you.
