Vinyasa vs Shanti flow✨

One is not better or the right class to choose. Vinyasa is not more advanced it’s just different. It is just as hard to move dynamically in a vinyasa class as moving slower and more mindfully in a shanti flow class. You

Join Kiah on Wednesdays and Jen on Fridays for Kriya strength✨

kriyas are used to purify the body. In this class, we utilize repetitive movements paired with breath (and often rhythm) that help clear energy, build heat, and strengthen body and mind.

If you don’t know, most of our classes are available online! This gives you the option to join live or receive a recording in your inbox to return to later—when it works best for you.
