This hybrid training will meet every other weekend, as well as weekly evening sessions held via Zoom. You will have online lessons to complete on your own time, allowing for a flexible schedule that can work with your life.

Upon completing this training you will have a fuller understanding of the holistic benefits of yoga, be supported in a dedicated home practice, and have the confidence + skills needed to successfully lead group classes, if you choose to do so.
