Ayurveda, often called the sister science to yoga, is one of the world’s oldest holistic healing systems—born from the same ancient wisdom that gave us the yoga practice we know today. Where yoga guides us to connect body, breath, and spirit through movement and meditation, Ayurveda helps us understand how to care for our unique constitution through lifestyle, nutrition, and daily rhythm. Together, these two sciences create a complete path to greater health, harmony, and self-awareness.
In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll explore the timeless principles of Ayurveda and how they can be applied in modern life.
You’ll:
* Learn the foundational philosophy of the five elements and three doshas (mind-body types).
* Discover how these forces show up in your body, your environment, and even in the seasons and times of day. * Reflect on your own habits, diet, and lifestyle through the Ayurvedic lens.
* Begin building a personal pathway toward balance and vitality, guided by nature’s rhythms.
This is more than theory—it’s a chance to deepen your connection to yoga and yourself by learning how to bring Ayurvedic wisdom into your daily routine. Whether you’re new to the practice or have years on the mat, you’ll leave with insights and tools to help you feel more grounded, energized, and aligned in your life.
