Your guides:
Lisa Luther, Lead Trainer, ERYT500 With over 25 years of dedicated personal practice and 13 years of teaching experience, Lisa brings a grounded and compassionate presence to her work as a yoga teacher. She specializes in restorative, yin, and flow-based practices, offering classes that are both accessible and deeply nourishing. Her teaching is informed by a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and yogic philosophy, allowing her to skillfully adapt practices to support the unique needs of each student. Lisa is passionate about meeting people where they are—physically, emotionally, and energetically—and is committed to helping others discover the most supportive tools for cultivating health, resilience, and overall well-being.

Sarah Menniti, Guest Contributor, LMHC, RYT-200 Sarah was first introduced to yoga 15 years ago. While her practice hasn’t always been consistent, yoga has continued to meet her in different seasons of life, offering a place to slow down, turn inward, and build a deeper relationship with her body. This connection inspired her to complete her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Jen Sloan at Om Shanti. Sarah is also a licensed mental health counselor with a local private practice in Jupiter, where the nervous system is at the heart of her work. She weaves yoga and body-based practices into therapy to support grounding, nervous system regulation, connection with the body, and quieting the mind. She holds additional training in nervous system regulation and Applied Polyvagal Theory in Therapeutic Yoga for Trauma Recovery. Sarah deeply values restorative practices in her own life and is grateful to be part of this training as both a student and contributor.
