If you’ve been struggling with jaw tension, TMJ pain, headaches, pelvic floor dysfunction, or deep-seated core instability — the cause might be something you’ve never considered: Your jaw and your pelvic floor are intricately connected.
In this fascinating and experiential workshop, Dr. Hanna Shays and Dr. Katie Usher will guide you through the surprising science and practical techniques that reveal how these two seemingly distant areas work together — and what happens when they don’t.
You’ll learn how to:
* Understand the jaw–pelvic floor connection and why it matters for your health
* Identify and release deep tension patterns that impact your whole body
* Reconnect with your core strength from the inside out
* Restore postural balance and alignment for lasting relief
This is not just theory — you’ll experience targeted exercises, gentle release techniques, and integrative practices you can use immediately to support your jaw, pelvic floor, and overall wellbeing.
