Join us for Soft Medicine, a gathering dedicated to honoring the Divine Feminine through the ancient heart-opening medicine of cacao. This immersive wellness experience is an invitation to soften, to feel, to listen, and to reconnect—with yourself, with others, and with the wisdom that lives within.

Held in a nurturing and ceremonial space, the afternoon will unfold with:

Smudging With Copal - For spiritual cleansing and purification
Cacao Ceremony – Opening the heart with intention and reverence
Heart-Softening Meditation – Guiding you gently inward
Relational Practices – Witnessing and being witnessed in sacred connection
Somatic Movement – Awakening the body with intuitive, embodied flow
Breathwork – Releasing, receiving, and expanding the life force
Sound Healing – A soothing soundscape to facilitate integration
Sharing Circle – Honoring each voice and supporting collective healing

This is a space for all (genders) who feel called to deepen their relationship with the feminine essence—whether through softness, strength, vulnerability, or presence. Come as you are, and leave feeling open, grounded, and deeply held.

*CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Cacao is gentle, yet it may not be suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant or currently taking antidepressants (such as SSRIs or MAOIs), cacao is not recommended for you. You are still welcome to attend and fully experience the ceremony without drinking it.

Cacao may also not be suitable for those with certain heart conditions, high blood pressure, glaucoma, severe anxiety, have diabetes or bleeding disorders, recently had surgery, or have other health concerns. Please use your own discernment and consult with your healthcare provider if you’re unsure.

Each blend is prepared with different natural spices, which may vary by ceremony. If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please let me know in advance.

Cancellation Policy—all payments are non-refundable. Receive a credit back to your account to use towards future offerings if you cancel at least 48 hours from the start of the workshop. Cancellations made within 48hrs of the event will not receive credit. No-shows will not receive credit.
