The Yin Yoga Teacher training supports teachers in offering their students a passive style of yoga in addition to the more dynamic styles of practices predominately experienced in studio settings. As teachers, when we have the skills to offer more diverse practices, we truly are offering a more well-rounded and comprehensive experience of yoga, catering to the individual needs of students and fostering a more inclusive and supportive yoga community.
