Go Beyond the Physical Practice. Step Into the Subtle Body.
Breath of Practice is a professional-level intensive for yoga teachers who want to understand and teach beyond the physical body. Through the study of pranayama, chakras, meditation, and the nervous system, you’ll gain tools to support your students in deeper, more transformative ways.
