The Body as a Portal: Foundations in Sacred Alignment

We begin by attuning to the body as a sacred map. This traditional vinyasa flow—Sun Salutations, standing poses, backbends, forward folds, and restorative shapes—is woven with breath, gaze, and alignment. Asana becomes ritual, preparing the body for deeper states of presence and spiritual connection.
