Every belief leaves a trace. This session explores how trauma, conditioning, and unconscious narratives shape our inner and outer worlds. Through a trauma-informed lens, we’ll work with asana, breath, and energetic anatomy to feel and begin to shift what no longer serves. Shadow work, in motion—curious, compassionate, and brave.
